Easy Crock Pot Sesame Chicken

Occasionally I crave recipes that are easy, inexpensive, and cook in the crock pot so that I don’t have to do a whole bunch of prep work to fix dinner. This recipe meets that bill. And it’s yummy. What better way to cook dinner on a hot summer day, not heating up the house at all, and there is just a minimum of work to be done.

I cooked up this recipe for Easy Crock Pot Sesame Chicken after looking through a bunch of recipes online. None really kicked it for me, some had too much heat, some too much honey, or too many ingredients. I don’t have a whole bunch of Asian ingredients on hand so this was nice that I already had my ingredients.

I even threw my chicken breasts in frozen. As I tend to freeze meats when buying in bulk to last longer. I used three breasts and that made a lot for our family of four. You could do half a breast per person.
