Easy S’Mores Dip

One thing I love about baking is that sometimes the easiest things are the best.

Open a few packages, toss some ingredients in a bowl, heat until warm, melty and oh so gooey.

Seriously, that’ s like the whole recipe for this dip, Easy S’Mores Dip.

I used two individual packages ( almost -of graham crackers – you will need more for dipping) out of a box of graham crackers. One 10 pack of snack sized Hershey bars ( or 1 whole large bar) and about 1/2 a bag of marshmallows. And 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.

Lay the crackers down in the bottom of an oven safe bowl. Then toss on some broken chocolate bar pieces, a sprinkling of chocolate chips and some marshmallows.

Make a second layer with more graham crackers, chocolate, chocolate chips and marshmallows

Bake in your preheated oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.  The top gets crispy and brown on the marshmallows.

And the chocolates all get melty and gooey.

First use pieces of graham cracker to get down into the dip. When you have dipped the toppings off, pick up and eat the loaded pieces of graham cracker that were baked in the dip.

O.M.Geeee.

Seriously deliciousness right there folks, I swear it!

And how easy was that. Great for a super quick appetizer/snack for a gathering. Make some this weekend!
Enjoy!
