Happy Haunting Scrapbook Layout
Good Mooorning. I love Halloween layouts. I have to say, it’s so nice to look back and remember those fabulous costumes, that maybe you put a ton of work into creating. My girls have gone as many many things for Halloween. One year a costume was put on hold because of a broken knee. Alizabeth was in a brace and crutches just before Halloween started, and we ended up putting her in a wheelchair and wrapping her in bandages to accommodate for her injury. Annalise is always a ham, really getting into her role.
When I came upon these photos I just laughed and laughed. These girls are real hams! I love their tough girl ‘tudes.
I was thinking of what I could create as a layout that would be just right for this single pic. I love the big haunted house, but always want to put a bunch of photos on a page, and it just never could work with more. So that single photo was perfect for the background of this layout – a happy haunting scrapbook layout.
I used the Cricut Happy Hauntings Cartridge to cut out the House (layer1 and 2) at 6.6 inches, Moon at 2 inches, Bat at 0.62 and 0.38 inches, Vampire Bat at 1 inch, Gravestone 1 and 2 at 1.33 inches and one each at 1.7 inches, fence (flip and weld second) at 1.1 inches, Happy Hauntings (layer1 and 2) at 2.22 inches, Ghost at 1.18 inches
Cricut Ultimate Creative Series – Clouds@1.45 and 1.18 inches.
I layered the cuts onto a single sheet of patterned paper Die Cuts With AView, then added in the clouds, tree, ghosts, bats, moon, fence, graves.
I printed my journaling out into strips and added that and then added the two final gravestones.
For effect, I touched the ghosts faces up with black pen to stand out more.
That is my layout!
