I wanted to create something fun for the kids to make when it finally snows here this year. We’ve had a mild winter so far and so far the temps have been more springlike then winter. Maybe it’s going to be wishful thinking, creating these rolls, but even if we don’t have snow days to enjoy, we can still celebrate like there is a blanket of winter whiteness on the ground outside. Meals during the winter are always hearty, belly warming, and delicious at our house, so I can’t think of a better idea then to have some cute and delectable Snowmen Rolls to enjoy with our dinners. My kid had fun rolling the dough and adding the snowman faces to these rolls and they are easy enough to have younger kids help out! It’s funny, my daughter always tells me how surprised she is having so much fun creating when we craft together, she loves crafting together, but it’s always unexpected that she’s going to have such a good time doing them!
Dress up your table setting with a single snowman, I added a little scarf of baker’s twine to this snowman.
Or group them in a bread basket with a cute napkin liner.
What a great craft for the whole family to try. And so cute!
