St. Patrick’s Day Pretzel Clovers

I love the little holidays like St. Pat’s.

It’s a reminder to stop and remember that each day is a gift, and celebrate fun things.

I think somewhere in my mixed up heritage, there is a little bit of Irish tucked in there.

As a working mom, I understand how hard it can be to create celebrations, and make something fun after working all day.

I thought of these sweet little St. Patrick’s Day Pretzel Clovers. I wanted to give you this idea because they are fast – super fast!

You could have the kids unwrapping and making these while you toss together dinner.

You need some mini pretzels, M&M’s (I used mega-size) and Rolo chocolate caramel candies.

All you need is a parchment paper covered cookie sheet pan.

Add the pretzels in groups of three, then add an unwrapped Rollo in the center of them.

Bake them at 300 degrees for about 8 minutes (more or less depending on if you preheated the oven first).

Once the Rollo is slightly melted, add the green M&M in the center, and push down slightly to seal it into the chocolate.

Let them cool while you eat dinner (or toss them in the freezer for 5 minutes) then pull them off the tray.

DONE!

Eat and Enjoy!

These would be a hit at the office too – a fun snack for your co-workers.
