What’s at The End of the Rainbow?

Good morning. I am excited to share these adorable rainbow tubes that are sure to be a welcome gift to any sweet friend. I’ve always wondered what I’d find at the end of the rainbow. :)

I am going to be sharing some fun projects this week that you could create for your St.Patrick’s Day.  There are some recipes and cute crafts with several ideas for rainbows, that could be just the thing to make up for someone special. Don’t forget rainbows aren’t just for St. Pat’s, but they make great birthday, cheer and get well ideas too.

I used these Tubes from SRM Press to hold my cute candy rainbows. All I did was to buy Rollo candies and put a couple of them into the bottom (they represent the gold) then I sorted some bags of M&M’s candies and added 10 candies per color. I topped them with white M&M’s (for the clouds) and capped them. I added a little tape around the cap to prevent spills.

Next, I used my Cricut machine, and cut out hats and gold pots from the Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge. I cut two layers and added the black to the green hats and the pot to the yellow gold. As a touch of shimmer, I added some Smooch Ink to the hats and gold to give a touch of shine.

Lastly, I printed my greeting out on the computer, and trimmed circles with mini scallop scissors. After a quick hole punch, I tied the tag on with some various colors of Doodlebug twine.

These are super cute, and they were easy and inexpensive little gifts to create!
